Pros
The salary was competitive for the position. There are some good people here too.
Cons
- I've been around the block for a long time, and this is most hostile, political work environment I have ever been in. - Sales is not going well and there are some major cash flow issues here. The product is also hard to sell. - Over 70 people have quit or have been fired within the past 3 years, over 40 quit or fired in the past year, and over 20 quit or fired in the last 6 months. They claim to have a retention problem and that it's the employees fault, but I beg you, interviewer, to look past that. - The recent reviews to help bolster your Glassdoor ratings are a joke, and I know for a fact that they are done by request to hide their other bad reviews. It's sad when reviews say to ignore the haters... - The numbers and goals they require for various positions across the company (validation, sales, etc.) are extremely unrealistic. - They claim to have an open door policy, but if you ask for help, you are chastised for it. - They're very excited and tell people how they are growing. It's not that they are growing, it's that they keep loosing people and need more. - Open PTO policy and a "work, life balance", but don't you dare take time that isn't planned less you get a stern talking to.
