      Management is the worst I’ve ever seen. Senior management pits employees against each other and values no one‘s contribution. Expect parades of useless meetings, micro management, and constant criticism. it’s a revolving door because they fire everyone or they quit. With the exception of one senior manager, the turnover is constant. I have no idea how they stay in business because their services add no value. If I could rate this business zero stars, I would.

      The concept behind this company has potential and could be effective and beneficial with the right leadership at the very top.

      Cons

      I was honestly surprised to see that this company is still in business. They invested heavily in building out a new office space, but it seems they are no longer there. Over the years, they have hired many talented individuals, but I’ve witnessed the owners belittle and mislead more people than I can count. The company is run by a married couple. To be fair, I don’t think she’s as problematic, but it seems she avoids confronting him so she doesn't have to deal with the same issues at home that the rest of us had to deal with in the office. Please be cautious and take these reviews seriously. Don’t leave your current position for the promises they sell you—it’s not worth the risk.

      The Toxic Environment Led to a High Employee Turnover

      I have spent considerable time here but failed to see any good reason to work here. I saw plenty of reasons not to work here.

      THE WORK ENVIRONMENT WAS PRETTY TOXIC. THE MANAGEMENT WAS ESPECIALLY TERRIBLE TOWARDS SALEPEOPLE WHO WERE GIVEN NO RESPECT. THEY WERE JUST SUPPOSED TO WORK STRESSFUL, BRUTAL, AND EXHAUSTING HOURS JUST TO PROVE THAT THEY WERE HARDWORKING. IT WAS AWFUL, It led to a high employee turnover. Avoid it if you want peace and stability in your career.

      I don't ever recall a salesperson working "exhausting hours" ... ever, ever, ever ... unless you call 40 hours exhausting. Not sure about brutal either. I am sorry you felt the way you did and surprised you stayed a "considerable time". I wouldn't have. Regardless, we have a new focus with new people who are highly motivated and doing great things.
