9yWe take pride that our culture is what makes the difference, but it is not for everyone.
People at AO are treated as individuals; this provides flexibility and we empower our people so they do the right thing for our customers.
We reward our people with flexible benefits and fair salaries for the job they do, but its beyond that; we can’t pay people to care.
We are obsessive about developing our own people, we give them the tools, process and support to become their best. Many of our leaders are ‘home grown’ talent and this is something we will continue to invest in.
We create great events, experiences and activities for our AO’ers; it’s just a small thank you for those that bring our values to life every day, making us, us…its never forced, it’s just what we do.
