Pros
There's a handful of staff who have a good decent amount of experience, though this is constantly shrinking.
Cons
- Those who have been around more than 24 months, and who actually care about the customers they serve have been grinded down slowly to the point that you either learn not to care, or you leave to retain the morsal of pride in the work you do. - For a company who push AI and call themselves experts, they have nothing in place within the business except an internal working group using Copilot. It's a business filled to the brim with qualified prompt engineers. - Process > Common Sense. They are more than willing to place both staff and customers in what feels like an eternal queue for the sake of unoptimised processes. They love a meeting. Anything to burn time talking about all the issues they are having, without putting anything in action. - If someone on the board doesn't like you, they will pull every dirty tactic to get you ejected from the company; even if the reason for them not liking you is because of their sheer incompetence. While not me, I've seen this first hand. - Absolutely 0 tech culture. There's no talking about new tech, cool things, anything. They literally have someone hired to build technical communities, yet internally it seems to be the deadest community of techies I've ever seen, with that person only working externally to make it look like the company is forward thinking. Imagine a tech company going almost 2 years without a CTO. The previous CTO was a OSS developer in his own time; who lived and breathed tech. From the board and leaders in the business now, we hear nothing beyond surface level "AI is going to be big team". - I know a load of reviews online say about sales selling the dream; but this company really does that. Some of the solutions and designs put together and sold to customers are completely disgraceful.
