Massive redundancies, no clear leadership, multiple breaches of trust, historically low salaries and pay reviews pushed back and back. A feeling that no one in upper management actually cares about the products or the staff who build and support them. Revolving door for CEOs. They're just in it for the bottom line, endless talk of EBITDA and finance targets for when they sell the place. They talk the talk, but I saw little evidence of walking the walk.
