      - exposure to modern technologies - great place to learn, grow, and develop - strong career progression - great supportive work culture and environment - new leadership team really care about the future of the business - good flexibility if not in shift role

      Cons

      - some negative people not happy about the business change - wish I didn’t live so far away from the office as it’s a great space and would like to see my colleagues more in person
