      Culture is very good. Work is super flexible, managers tend to fight for their workers. Work life balance is good.

      Can be disorganized and hours can be long during busy times.

      Pros

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      Cons

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
