      it has flexible work time, flexible vacation time. the cafeteria is good, I enjoyed the lunch there and plus onsite gym is not bad.

      Cons

      the company currently is not in the best condition. I mean it's experiencing some kind of crisis that it urgently needs some breakthrough in its product and marketing
