Pros
Very dedicated team. Excellent cooperation across the enterprise. A solid combination of long term employees with people who've come from outside. Excellent people in Asia supporting the operations.
Cons
This company cannot seem to maintain profitability at all. In my 5 years, it was a roller coaster. The move to tablets caught AMD by surprise and now they are reeling. Can they ever get out of this funk? Salary was great, but bonuses were too rare.
