      easy going culture good severance package

      Cons

      I had survived through 5 layoffs in the past 5 years. Finally got hit the 6th time. As you can see, the upper management hasn't done anything different. I guess this is what happens with every layoff they say "It is not about your performance".

      Processes and checks/balances not always followed (no strong rigid process flow which can be good/bad) Company still too consumer product focused (versus corporate) in many divisions
