Startup mode: Immature processes/systems...so a lot of opportunities to improve/build and do well Fairly good comp...if not excellent Work is generally good Use to be a pretty bad place to work but things have changed in the last couple of years
Cons
Absolutely no focus on top talent development/leverage...the only difference is comp (slightly) Weak at project/program execution Banjara Hills facility is just average
