Pros
The engineering SoC team at AMD is world class and just a nice group of people. The long term , 10 - 20 year veterans, treated me with respect for my contributions.
Cons
The HR group is out of touch with corporate branding, engineering culture, and generally made things hard for hiring. The message of engineering excellence simply was not important to them.
