      - If you don't like to do any actual work, you can get away with a lot of that here. - The pay is fair. - it's a big organization so there is potential for career growth

      - Management doesn't recognize the value of curiosity - Critical roles assigned to unreliable interns - Low morale among coworkers

      Pros

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      Cons

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
