      Great people, lots of talented engineers, great management and very awesome products that are cutting edge in cpu industry today

      Maybe the time is rough and competition is very tough. Strong competition in a swiftly changing and very fluid market

      Processes and checks/balances not always followed (no strong rigid process flow which can be good/bad) Company still too consumer product focused (versus corporate) in many divisions

      Pros

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      Cons

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
