      My overall experience with this company has been mixed, but the one strong positive has been the learning opportunity. The exposure to new technologies, challenging projects, and knowledge-sharing culture has helped me enhance my skills and grow professionally

      No additional perks or benefits provided. • Salary is given only at joining, with no significant hikes thereafter.

      Pros

      Inspirational that it came back to power .

      Cons

      Mid-level management is very bad. Lot of PMTS roles. Of which majority lack technical knowledge. They are just talking talking with zero technical contribution and wasting time for other employees. Cut down the meetings too. Random call requests from Mid-Level managers who are PMTS, SMTS via IMs and they tend to run for longer duration with less to no technical discussion
