Pros
I've always felt as though I've had a voice in the company and that I'm valued as an employee. With all the stress of the last few years, I've definitely felt as though the company cared for the wellbeing of the employees as well as the survival of the company.
Cons
Due to the small size of the company, some of the larger corporate perks (such as big teambuilding events) may be a bit out of reach, but not in a way that would be missed, necessarily.
