ALTA Language Services interview questions

It was on the phone and it was easy. There were a few questions about proficiency in target language. This was followed by an interview with a target language speaker which included a test done in the language.

The process began with 3 hours of tests (even typing!), followed by interview with vice-president and manager. Interview lasted for about one hour. Standard questions. I felt that they had already chosen someone else and were just wasting my time.
