      Pros

      Very little fluctuation in the market for high voltage circuit breakers. Excellent opportunities to work with international colleagues and learn a highly technical product.

      Cons

      A large number of employees have a negative attitude. Teamwork is often a struggle. Communication is extremely lacking (especially between teams).
