Not bad compensation package, annual bonus, good computers,
Cons
No learning, decisions are made after the problem is already unactual long ago, reporting to the upper management of the Region or Product line is the most important duty of local management. Extremly redundant computer-based processes, low employee induction, lack of people who really DO, but not TALK.
