1) Leave policies are good 2) Good Pay
Cons
1) Heavy workload due to Indian projects (short delivery commitments) 2) Not much to learn technically in any job role, More of managing job. There are many tools for planning the activities, but no one talks about planning resources, (Also more attrition rates because of work load pressures)
