Social benefits are great, such as Reka checks, flexibility in working time. Possibility to compensate overtime and take sabatical leave.
Cons
Many restrictions on trainings and personal career development. No good follow-up of the employees for career development. No bonus, no benefits at all in case of accomplishment of big improvement projects, no consideration of employees.
