      Pros

      The pay is not bad.

      Cons

      Management doesn’t care about employees. The schedule changes frequently on very short notice. Work life balance does not exist. There is very little training and you will be expected to go outside of your job description often.

      Management, consistency in brown nosing, HR and all management will work together or target individuals if you don’t brown nose or try to move up before someone that does
