Very diverse, responded well to COVID, (mostly) competent employees.
Cons
HR only cares about protecting company interests, not employees. One group dominates the company and routinely subverts process. Obvious management favoritism. Zero upward mobility for most employees. Raises are minimal and do not reflect employee value.
