1) good opportunity to go abroad and if lucky, get a chance to settle there. 2) no work pressure as compare to other companies. 3) good bonus to all employee even at the time when the company does not have any project. 4) good company for managers

1) Limited learning 2) not a good company for person who have experience 0-6 yrs.
