      * Well integrated team * Frequent team meetings * Friendly atmosphere * Guaranteed position since Alstom always looks for employees

      Cons

      * The position is highly focused on railway domain and its technicalities, which does not result in the best career opportunities outside the company * System Engineering position is focused on the work with old tools that are not the most productive
