Pros
- Great if you're working within a great team with supportive team members and Directors - Lots of ownership in managing the end to end process of bringing a product to life - Versatile role which covers negotiation skills, artwork design, admin and data entry
Cons
- It seems all the other departments dump all problems on Buying - High workloads yet doesn't seem like Senior Management cares, so it's hard sometimes to care too much when you have too much going on - Lot of internal changes happening with redundancies and ALDI overall trying to save money. It's been making everyone feel very uneasy with unfair treatment
