      Pros

      Best Thing about working for ALDI is that the pay is excellent! Everyday is a challenge! The staff at my store were very welcoming and supportive of me, the person who trained me on first couple of weeks was exceptionally lovely and taught me everything I needed to know and more!

      Cons

      I myself didn't believe all the negative comments abut working here, but its true what people have said. Long hours, poor management, once you've committed to Aldi you have no social life would not advise anyone to take up employment with them unless you don't mind working in a busy and challenging environment.

      Pros

      Great pay Hours were always there The manager at my location is a rare gem. Never had a boss quite like him. Everyone I worked with became like my family.

      Cons

      EXTREMELY physically demanding. I injured myself multiple times while I worked there.

      Pros

      + industry leading wages Associates - $12/hr, Shift Mgr - $16/hr, SMT - $23/hr, Store Manager - $75,000+/yr + great work environment + excellent training + health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k + 40-50 hr/wk with paid overtime Very fast paced so work hours fly by. I loved working at Aldi. The pay was great! Benefits great! Was training to be a store manager so a lot was expected of me but I was totally up for it. My store manager loved my work, associates loved my fairness, customers loved me.

      Cons

      + work/life balance + walked 28,000 steps/day!!! Never thought I would be fired for clocking in only minutes late!!
