Promotion possibilities are available for all employees. Flexible scheduling for Part-Time employees as long as you show up consistently.
Cons
Demanding labor; physically and emotionally. The job itself is a work out, especially if you’re an opener. You will be expected to handle multiple pallets on your own, as well as manage customers once the doors open. Usually for night closers, you’ll be running with a staff of 2-4. Unless you’re hired with a very specific schedule planned out, flexibility is less common for Full-Time employees.
