Prons,,,, none, nearly all workers are foreigners despread for work so they don't complain about working conditions
Cons
Bully managers, no freedom of speech for staff. Even if you have a 25 hour contract they do whatever they like. when they want you can work more then 40 hours on a 25 hour contract, and if they choose to give you 10-15 is nothing you can do about it. You work like a donkey with no appreciation from management. I have been called names by deputy managers. You are on an evening shift that says 10 or 10:30 and you get out after midnight. If the managers like you, you are lucky, if they dont they make your life hell
