Pros

Salary, Company Car, Company Phone

Cons

Management shows no appreciation for employees at any level. Morale is low and the environment is negative which causes a lot of turnover and therefore district managers change districts very often. This means there is no accountability for which DM actually made a positive or negative impact on a store/district. Also, asking direct leaders about advancement opportunities is frowned upon. After working for the company for 3 years (no sooner) you get shown the job descriptions of the 5 positions you could be promoted to at your annual review just so you know what to say you are interested in if you are ever presented with the opportunity. The culture is very conservative and not open to change/new ideas.
