Pros
Hours aren't suffocating, and the work, while a lot, is still manageable within a shift.
Cons
The amount of employees per shift is small, so you aren't just doing one thing, in fact, you are often doing everything, just like the other 2 or 3 people you are working with. I guess it's not that bad if you like jobs that keep you busy, even when there are no customers at the front.
