Fast-paced/honest work, benefits, coworkers are enjoyable to be around, company is slowly improving its IT, positive attitude from corporate and higher ups, good vaccation/personal day accrual rate, cultural acceptance, diversity in work place, communication from corporation office to store is much improved from when I started, good for kids in college
Cons
Pay, raises are hard to come by and are very minimal when received, lack of help, online hiring process makes it hard to find the help needed, not recommended for adults looking for career in moving up in company, benefits are good until you need medication and have to pay out-of-pocket for them, warehouse is a mess, receive late trucks at least three to four times a month, the enjoyment I once had working for the company had dwindled to nothing over my time there, customer covid/mask policy, work-to-life ratio, retail hours, scheduling close-opens, no career path from store to corporate office or other positions through the company, stressful
