- Physically demanding - Not very mentally stimulating. A lot of responsibility and tasks are being centralised and taking the administration side of the business out of the stores - Out dated technology in stores - Focus on efficiency to the point where every minute of time has been dedicated to a task, leaving zero room for the unexpected or even time to help a customer - Poor perks and rewards - Head office decisions are seemingly made with lack of understanding of stores.
