Pros

Pay, Location, Benefits, 401k, Life Insurance

Cons

Hours, treatment, worth ethic, they push you to the brink, If you go to the bathroom for five minutes they will yell for you over the walkie talkie and tell you to hurry up. I had my job threatened during a family emergency that had to require me to have my phone on my for a 2 days. They complained at me telling me the reason they thought I was in the bathroom for 5 minutes ''too long'' was because I was on my phone which is completely not the case. By law no business of employment can dictate how long someone spends in the bathroom. They then cut my hours in an attempt to make the working there even more unsuitable so I will leave. They do not want me to be eligible for unemployment and are just waiting to see if Ill quite so they don't have to fire me and risk it. They have also I believe singled me out because I have not got my vaccination yet and all other employees have been vaccinated. They do not treat anyone but me like this. It has been like this for many months since about March of this year 2021 but I believe has became worse since I have not decided to get the vaccination.
