      Pros

      None the work culture is honestly the worst I’ve ever seen

      Cons

      Miserable and exhausted staff Horrible management culture Literally exhausted with aching body after every shift Made for feel like an inconvenience because you get paid - it’s all about them “ not being able to pay your hours” Expected to stay late and have shifts changed a day before Must put in all your holidays in January or the manager chooses for you Tesco/asda etc pay only slightly less and treat staff much better Next time you’re in aldi take note of how unhappy the staff are they deserve a medal not poverty wages

      Great pay Hours were always there The manager at my location is a rare gem. Never had a boss quite like him. Everyone I worked with became like my family.

      Cons

      EXTREMELY physically demanding. I injured myself multiple times while I worked there.

      Pros

      + industry leading wages Associates - $12/hr, Shift Mgr - $16/hr, SMT - $23/hr, Store Manager - $75,000+/yr + great work environment + excellent training + health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k + 40-50 hr/wk with paid overtime Very fast paced so work hours fly by. I loved working at Aldi. The pay was great! Benefits great! Was training to be a store manager so a lot was expected of me but I was totally up for it. My store manager loved my work, associates loved my fairness, customers loved me.

      Cons

      + work/life balance + walked 28,000 steps/day!!! Never thought I would be fired for clocking in only minutes late!!
