Pros
Good starting pay. A good amount of hours if you want them. They take care of their employees if the employee needs time off for sickness, or to care for family who are sick.
Cons
The job is physically very difficult, you are expected to show up - no matter what, you are also expected to work as hard as humanly possible (and then some). Shifts were like 11a-7p and then scheduled 6a-3p. Yes, you read that right.
