      Pros

      Schedule-based pay adds up to $4 per hour to base pay Leads are good at filling hours when available to meet 40 per week Excellent work out and calorie burn throughout the work day

      Cons

      Management, period. They speak a lot about listening to our grievances but do nothing to act on them, push for metrics to increase while ignoring the reasons metrics can't be met and aren't dependable when needed to follow through on things they said they would actually do.

      Great pay Hours were always there The manager at my location is a rare gem. Never had a boss quite like him. Everyone I worked with became like my family.

      EXTREMELY physically demanding. I injured myself multiple times while I worked there.

      + industry leading wages Associates - $12/hr, Shift Mgr - $16/hr, SMT - $23/hr, Store Manager - $75,000+/yr + great work environment + excellent training + health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k + 40-50 hr/wk with paid overtime Very fast paced so work hours fly by. I loved working at Aldi. The pay was great! Benefits great! Was training to be a store manager so a lot was expected of me but I was totally up for it. My store manager loved my work, associates loved my fairness, customers loved me.

      Cons

      + work/life balance + walked 28,000 steps/day!!! Never thought I would be fired for clocking in only minutes late!!
