Pros
Easy job with great benefits, pay and hours. Good culture if placed in a good team. Well compensated in terms of pay, and if a uni-student that its a decent job that works around you
Cons
Accessable to climb ranks but be ready to put in long hours and be overworked Can be stressful at times depending on the manager running the store, lots of pressure put into ensuring staff go above and beyond. Store culture is heavily dependent on store mananger and regional manager. Hard to scale career further down the line.
