Great team to work with. Free catered lunch. Love working with the clients. Owner and upper management are family members. They are fair and understanding. Very encouraging.

The only thing would be breaks and communication. This position is required to be available for incoming calls. Only breaks would be for restroom break. As for communication, gchat is preferred. I'm not used to always chatting. There are times when there is too much info or can't always express discussion in chat. Otherwise great company.
