      Farmer focused, cutting edge, bonus plan, annual merit increase, hard working team, management that really cares

      Cons

      Refocusing on a new strategy hasn’t happened without a few bumps in the road. We had to layoff some really wonderful people in the last year.

      Leadership cares and listen's. The Company is going through changes/challenges just like all other companies. They are doing the best they can.

      Management was not so good - very passive aggressive and disorganized and don’t expect overtime from your employees
