There was an initial phone discussion with a recruiter. Learn more about the opportunity and fit. Next interview was with the manager. Was a very informal and relaxed format, laid back.

Interview
My overall experience with the AGI interview process was not very positive, as I found it to be somewhat unorganized.
When I interviewed with the recruiter, I had to connect with them twice, and I did not hear back in the timeframe I was told I would. I only received an update after I reached out, at which point my interview with the hiring manager was scheduled.
The conversation with the hiring manager also left me uncertain. The job description did not feel fully aligned with the discussion during the interview. While the posting listed one to three years of experience, the expectations shared were vague and gave the impression that the role wasn’t clearly defined.
Overall, the process lacked clarity and consistency, and it was not the best interview experience.
