When interviewing candidates, we do our very best to be as honest and upfront as possible about where we are in terms of transforming certain aspects of our company. Every company goes through growing pains and we’re no exception. We do have various avenues for training and we want to ensure all of our employees feel that we’re investing in their career growth. All of our new employees go through new hire orientation, ongoing training (both online and classroom style) and are able to take additional training courses on their own time through various internal avenues.
