      High Levels of Staff Turnover

      Pros

      Any minor "Pros" are completely wiped out by the the large number of "Cons" at this organization.

      Cons

      High level of staff turnover is indicative of a sour workplace Managers are unable to provide guidance and are lacking in the basics of leadership Extremely low pay levels in comparison to other companies in the KW corridor New employees are poorly trained and left to their own devices to figure things out Recruitment process is a farce. Aptitude testing is comical.

We invest heavily in our employees and all of our managers recently completed 6 months of management training as part of their own development; we also recently developed a formal onboarding/training program for all of our new employees. We wish you had a better experience with the recruitment process, but we are confident the aptitude testing is an indicator of future performance.       Unbelievably Bad Management

      Co-workers are trying their best to weather the storm of poor management

      Cons

      No training systems in place for client-facing staff Low compensation Company unwilling to invest in employees...no training! Morale is the lowest I have ever witnessed in a professional setting Promises made in hiring process do not truly reflect reality

When interviewing candidates, we do our very best to be as honest and upfront as possible about where we are in terms of transforming certain aspects of our company. Every company goes through growing pains and we’re no exception. We do have various avenues for training and we want to ensure all of our employees feel that we’re investing in their career growth. All of our new employees go through new hire orientation, ongoing training (both online and classroom style) and are able to take additional training courses on their own time through various internal avenues.       -Christmas holiday - 1 week off -Snacks provided

      Cons

      -There is a lack of overall vision, mission and values at AGData -Unrealistic salaries - incredibly low -Unpaid overtime -No training, on-boarding or off-boarding process -Lack of professional growth -Inexperienced management -High turnover - High stress environment -Disconnect between Head office in the US - they are working on improving this -Unfortunately the company has not continued to keep up technologically and as a result is unable to perform at the level it should. -There is no streamlining of processes -Business staff have to guide and direct the developers as well as advocate to modernize and keep up with technological expectations

      Hello – Thank you for the review, we always welcome feedback from current and former employees. We are working to improve many aspects of the company and your feedback is greatly appreciated! We have implemented a formal onboarding process that all new employees take part in. The organization has always had opportunities for growth, however they may not all have been vocalized. Our goal is to make sure all employees understand they have a career path with AGDATA, and allow each employee to communicate with their manager about goals for professional growth.
