Pros

Good benefits - flex time, casual environment, corp funding of star-up. Great product line. Ability to work in an company that made people smile.

Cons

Clueless sr executive that couldn't see how AgI fit into the bigger piece of American Greeting. Inexperienced sr leadership that focused on popular and not profitable. Too many really bad investments (photo works, and webshots etc) that jeopardize health of business

Pros

They have good managers, promote from within, have a good training program and follow up with programs . They pay well and get a company car.

Cons

The hours can be more than 40 hours and hiring can be difficult for the staff that is needed. If you are not flexible this is not the job for you.

Pros

Great group of people to work with. Fun products. Creative atmosphere. Smart people. Competitive salaries and benefits.

Cons

Leadership was moved under corporate and there is a bit of a disconnect from reality. What made it fun place to work (the .com feel) has been slowly removed. A feeling that your job is at risk every day.
