      Lots of cool people working too hard and getting not much done

      Pros

      Most people are pretty interesting.

      Cons

      Instead of picking just a few things and doing the really well, AGI usually starts too many projects in parallel and doesn't give them the attention they deserve. Also, senior developers often spend 30 to 70% of their time in meetings or writing status reports or doing other ulitmately useless work.

      Great people - lots of talent. Managers have good relationships with employees and there is a great atmosphere.

      Cons

      Sometimes contractors are left out of the loop - - not a huge deal usually, but it can affect project deadlines occasionally.
