Cons
Used to be a good place to work until management changed hands a couple years ago. Beyond poor marketing strategy, so prepare to be hired on, have nothing to do, and be laid off. The company will lie to you about how it is "coming back" and "wants to grow in the USA," and yet one of its two offices has lost over 50% of its staff to furloughs, layoffs, and staff choosing to leave. They won't give you the tools and standards you need. Work may come in and you think you'll be busy, but then it will be shifted to Brazil and you will be held responsible for your low billability. They must make a significant management change or their impressive mismanagement will drag the US sector underwater completely.
