      friendly environment but changing quickly, very flexible with remote working, nice folks overall

      Cons

      lots of change in personnel, felt very much like a broad corporate culture change overall. EDI policies/communication increasingly verging on the absurd and starting to create a poor environment amongst colleagues. Low salaries and slow career progression overall.
