- Appropriate only for singles/those just ORD and need money fast - Very severe shortfall (worse than other APFs). Unlikely AETOS will survive for another 5 more years, hence why they recently brought in 100+ Burmese and Sri Lankans to supplement WP holders. - "OT is mandatory when there is contractual deployment shortfall" as per employment handbook. Hence average hours are 300 - 324hrs per month due to persistent HLs/ULs/NPLs and of course MCs - Promotion is based on quotas, hence many incompetent NCOs/staff officers. No leadership training for the direct entry supervisors. For Msians, S Pass and above is very hard to get even after 15 years in the company. You will remain WP holder for a long time - No welfare. Yes, compensation is the best among the APFs. But nothing else is provided. No side pouch, power bank, blinker etc - everything has to be purchased by yourself. Just look at the AETOS uniforms and equipment used on a daily basis compared to the other APFs - During adhoc events, no relief, no proper rest area compared to SPF/"the other APF" - HR will not respond to any monetary matters unless you make it a public issue on FB Workplace.
