      DAY ONE your are covered with full medical benefits! At least it was "back when" I started with AMEX in the late "90's. Great vacation time/PTO benefits! Vacation "buy" program. Great co-workers!

      Cons

      NOT MANY, EXCEPT DOING YOUR "OWN" PROGRESS REVIEW!! Pay needs to be increaseds for ALL and especially for agents living in HIGH cost of living areas, and, NOT LEAVE THE AREA AND DRIVE BUSINESS OUT OF HIGH COST AREAS, where people are left UNEMPLOYED!!! Stop taking ALL THE JOBS TO UNDESIRABLE AREAS OF THE COUNTRY!!

      -Collaborative people depending on which business unit you’re in -great work life balance

      -The best leaders’ teams and most competitive teams require a lot of political play to get into -“take your career into your own hands” mentality rather than true investment in internal talent from the top down at times
