      Pros

      The people, management was trusting and allowed you to work independently without interjecting. Overall best work experience and I miss it!

      Cons

      Unions contracts were difficult. Long hours but long fun hours...not really a con for me. I can't think of any worthy cons its a wonderful company.

      - Entertainment industry is a great place to be. Great to know we're giving people a reason to cheer! - Organization is stable financially. This is a place where you can be long term - Building relationships here is a great time

      Mandatory Return to Office. More flexibility with PTO.
